Use Cases
Long-Term Low-Value Hold Alerts
If you have dormant, low-value tokens you wish to continue holding in case they ever take off, you can configure a more infrequent check to monitor price. For example, a token sitting at about $0.00004 for the past few weeks might benefit from an alert if the price increases 25% within the last 8 hours.
Long-Term High-Value Hold Alerts
Perhaps you're holding a token like Solana itself, or $JUP, which does not move by large percentages, but you'd like to buy a trending dip. You may want to configure an alert for a price decrease of 2% within the last 24 hours.
Short-Term Price Swings
In the event you're in the middle of being a full-blown degen, but life is forcing you to step away from the computer, you can set up an alert to check for minute-by-minute price swings. Useful if you sense dev wallets have initiated a slow rugpull.
Everything Crashed
$SOL is down 40% and you don't even want to look at crypto again until it's back up at least 30% within the last week. Just set it and forget it.
